Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your order isn't as described, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we'll assist you.

If a return is approved, return postage is payable by the buyer.

Please ensure items are sent back in original packaging

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued for returned items after they have been checked. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend opting for tracked shipping.

Note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and for free shipping items, a $10 AUD deduction will apply.

All digital products sold at Giftz4You are delivered instantly via download or email link.

Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made and the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

1.  You have read the product description in full

2.  You understand it is a digital file and no physical item will be shipped

3.  Sale is final upon delivery

If you experience a technical issue or receive a faulty/corrupted file, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days with your order number. We will replace the file or fix the issue.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
