Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your order isn't as described, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we'll assist you.

If a return is approved, return postage is payable by the buyer.

Please ensure items are sent back in original packaging

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued for returned items after they have been checked. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend opting for tracked shipping.

Note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and for free shipping items, a $10 AUD deduction will apply.
